Socialized sports tournaments on real odds for your players, running under your brand. Free to play, low buy-in, or high roller, and you never have to build a sportsbook.
Program overview
Bet Max Action builds the sports tournament engine. Bet Max Tourney is our own consumer app on the same engine, so you can go look at the platform working before you license anything.

The sports tournament platform on real odds: the odds and results feeds, the tournament logic, live scoring and settlement, the leaderboards, and the operator tooling behind them.

Your name, your colours, your domain, your players, your prize structure. We bring the sports data and the engine underneath, and we do not appear to your customer.

Casino has no season. Sport has several, and whichever markets you operate in already have a calendar of their own. A betting tournament puts your product inside those peaks, and you never take a position on any of them.

Sportsbook odds, tournament mechanics, and a leaderboard that rewards a good strategy. Players put a tournament balance on real odds and finish ranked against each other, so nothing is ever booked and you carry no exposure. You decide what entry costs and what the winner gets.
Free to play, a small buy-in, or a high roller seat. Every tournament is configured independently, so the same engine runs your acquisition freeroll and your VIP event.

Every player starts with the same Tournament Dollars (TD$), a scoring balance that lives inside the contest, separate from the wallet your platform already runs. Never real money, never redeemable.
Spreads, totals, moneylines and parlays across the slate, with props in development. How much of the balance a player puts on each bet is the strategy, and it is what separates the leaderboard.

Games finish, balances rise and fall, and the leaderboard reorders live. The strongest balance at the close takes whatever you attached to it: cash, credit, comps, merchandise, status, or the top of the board.
A betting tournament turns a slate of games into a scoreboard your players check. Sessions run longer, players come back to check the board, and you get something to market that isn't another bonus.

Six formats ship with the engine. Each one changes how a leaderboard is won, which changes who it appeals to and how long a contest holds attention.

Spreads, totals, moneylines and parlays on every game, bet free-form across the tournament window. Biggest balance at the close takes the crown. The default, and the easiest to explain.

Underdog wins count extra. Every winning bet at +150 or longer adds a bonus to the TD$ balance, so the board stays unresolved and players stay in to the close.

Wins climb Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and each tier multiplies what a win adds to the balance. The reset is what brings a player back the next day.

Single elimination. Each round narrows the field as bets land, and one bad bet ends a run. Produces a finale with a named winner, which gives your marketing team something to build a week around.

One bet per round to stay alive. Get it right and roll on, get it wrong and you are out. Runs for weeks on very little content, and gives your CRM team a daily reason to message a player.

Players group up and battle other squads on combined results. One signup arrives with the group behind it.
NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and basketball, the top soccer leagues including the World Cup and MLS, plus MMA, boxing, golf and cricket. The feeds, the odds and the settlement are ours, so there is no sports content for you to source or price.

One integration covers your entire prize ladder, from a free-entry contest to a six-figure invitational. Entry price, prize type and prize value are all settings, so you move between them without shipping anything new.
No entry fee, and a prize you define however you want.
Acquisition and reactivation, and any market where a paid entry is the wrong instrument.
Small buy-ins that build a real pool from volume.
The workhorse. Runs constantly, costs little to enter, and the rake compounds across volume.
Premium seats and headline prize pools.
Retention at the top of the book, and the events worth putting marketing behind.
The engine ranks the field and hands you the result. What that ranking is worth is yours to design: cash, site credit, free spins, merchandise, tickets, an experience, a loyalty tier, or a prize on a free entry. Non-cash prizing keeps the value inside your own economy, which is usually where you want it. On paid tournaments you also set the rake. The pool itself can be player-funded, guaranteed by you, or underwritten by a sponsor.
You are the operator of record. Entry fees, prize pools, jurisdictions, licensing, age verification, KYC and responsible gaming remain yours and run inside your existing compliance perimeter. We supply the tournament engine and the tooling around it.

A clean line between what you already do well and what you would otherwise have to build. You keep the customer relationship in full, and every game mode badge is redrawn in your brand.
A leaderboard gives a session a shape and an ending, so there is a reason to come back and check it. Private pools mean one player brings the group in with them, and squad play widens it.
Any operator can add a betting feed. A tournament layer built on top of one has to be built.

Three integration options, one platform. The Bet Max API is the fulcrum of the product, and our own app runs on the same API you would.
We run the app. Your logo, colours, and artwork come from a brand profile.
A drop-in script puts live tournament cards on your pages and hands the player into the hosted app.
The same API our app uses, with documentation. Your team builds the front end.
Whether money moves. Free entry runs today with no wallet and no reconciliation, settled in Tournament Dollars, so a hosted instance in your brand is the shortest path to a first tournament. Paid entry is a wallet integration we build with your team: the engine would call your wallet for entries and prizes and would hold no funds. Certification and compliance sign-off come first. Go-live follows.

Longer sessions, more return visits, more days active in a window. A leaderboard gives players a reason to come back that a bonus does not.
Every tournament is shareable. One player invites a private pool of friends, and they register with you to play, before any deposit.
Every bet is a signal: leagues, teams, bet types, risk appetite, active hours. You learn your players' sporting preferences instead of inferring them.
Free entrants become paid entrants and depositors inside a product they already use. The funnel widens at the top and moves faster through the middle.
One player brings a private pool of friends into a tournament that carries your brand.
They land in your ecosystem with an account, inside your compliance perimeter, before a deposit.
Real odds, a live board, a clock. Sessions get a shape and a reason to come back.
The prize is yours to set and it redeems in your casino. Free spins, site credit, comps, a loyalty tier. They win it in the tournament and use it only on your platform.

Every banner on the lobby strip is yours: scoped to your brand, managed from the console, and pointed at a tournament, so the click lands in play rather than on a page. Each one is built to move one number. These six run on a white-label casino build today.

Create a free account and your bankroll is waiting. No deposit, no catch.

Private pools for your crew. Everyone plays free, winner takes the table talk.

Real odds and live leaderboards on every slate. Zero deposits, all season.

Stack winning picks to climb tiers. Streaks reset Monday.

Live odds, live rankings, nothing to download. Play between hands.

Finish top ten on the weekend leaderboard. Comps hit your casino account Monday.
Free spins, site credit, comps, and loyalty tiers all work as tournament prizes. The reward is redeemed in your casino, so the tournament that acquired the player is the same one that walks them onto the floor.

Everything an operator touches lives in one console: create and schedule tournaments, set the prize ladder and the rake, manage promotions, watch operations as they happen, and pull performance reports by tournament.

A seven-step wizard: basics and schedule, sports and matches, game mode and rules, lobby size, financial, prizes, review. Every tournament is configured on its own, so a free acquisition contest and a VIP invitational sit side by side.

Create, order, and preview the banners your players see in the lobby, scoped to your brand.

Fill rates, participants, entry fees, and rake by tournament, with CSV export.

Three shapes, and most conversations land somewhere between them. The right one depends on how much volume you expect and how much certainty each side wants.
A fixed fee for the engine over a defined term. Predictable for both sides and simplest to sign.
We earn on what the tournaments generate. Lower commitment up front, tied to results.
A smaller fee against a smaller share, sized to term and exclusivity.
Player base, expected entries, and how often you run.
How wide a lane you hold, by market or category.
How long we build together.
Which deployment option you take, and who does the work.

Socialized sports tournaments on real odds, running under your brand at whatever entry price and prize you choose. More registrations, longer sessions, more return visits, and first-party data on what your players follow and how they play. You keep the players, the licences, and the customer relationship. We keep the engine running.
